Come eat, sip, play and explore at this epic gastronomic experience and culinary competition that brings together 14 of Austin's most talented chefs to vie for the title of Lamb Jam Austin Champion, and celebrate the 80,000 family operated farms and ranches raising lamb across the nation.
VIP EXPERIENCE (2-6pm)
Score yourself a VIP ticket for the ultimate Lamb Jam experience. In addition to the main event, you’ll be treated to an exclusive VIP hour with oysters & caviar from East Boston Oysters, cheese from Jasper Hill, bites from Salt & Time, cocktails from Stolen Spirits, bubbly from Infinite Monkey Theorem, and a limited release beer from Lagunitas Brewery. Plus you'll get early entry to the main event.
MAIN EVENT (3-6pm)
14 chefs compete while you have fun, vote and eat! Bartenders, winemakers, brewers, and culinary artisans of all sorts will be on hand to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience. You never know what may pop up: local musicians, butcher demos and more— there are plenty of surprises in store.
